Co-Founder Dr. Saam Zarrabi to transition to Executive Chairman as Rodeo strengthens leadership for its next phase of doctor partnership, patient experience, culture, and national growth

IRVING, Texas, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics today announced the appointment of Lorri Detrick as Chief Executive Officer and Andrew Napolitano as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening the organization’s leadership team as it enters its next phase of growth.

Dr. Saam Zarrabi, Co-Founder and current CEO, will transition to Executive Chairman and remain deeply engaged in Rodeo’s vision, culture, doctor relationships, patient experience, innovation, and long-term expansion.

Detrick brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and more than a decade in the dental industry. Most recently, she served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, where she helped lead a rapidly growing multi-location dental organization.

Throughout her career, Detrick has focused on building strong cultures, developing leaders, strengthening doctor partnerships, and creating operating systems that support exceptional patient care and sustainable growth.

He also brings a strong operational mindset and a focus on building financial systems that help leaders make better decisions and support long-term scale. Napolitano is a graduate of UCLA, the alma mater he shares with Rodeo Co-Founders Dr. Saam Zarrabi and Dr. K.

Together, Detrick and Napolitano bolster an already strong leadership team that includes Suzanne Jackson, President & Chief Operating Officer, and Dr. Yahya Mansour, Chief Dental Officer, giving Rodeo deep leadership across operations, clinical excellence, finance, culture, and doctor partnership.
