DOYLESTOWN, PA, UNITED STATES, August 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Bucks County Renaissance Faire returns for its third annual Labor Day Weekend celebration — Saturday, Sept. 5, through Monday, Sept. 7, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily — at the historic Moravian Pottery & Tile Works, 130 E. New this year, the Faire welcomes two exciting additions to its entertainment lineup. “The Traveler” Andrew Alesio brings a captivating one-man-band performance that weaves together the hammered dulcimer, drums, and world percussion into a unique musical experience. Also making his Bucks County Renaissance Faire debut, Finnegan Phoenix is a skilled storyteller who has performed at renaissance festivals across the country, bringing the ancient art of narrative to life for guests of all ages.

The 2026 Faire will once again feature more than 100 artisan craft and food vendors, offering handcrafted treasures, hearty meals, turkey legs, and sweet treats — including DaVinci’s Snow Cone Contraption, the 8-ft.-tall self-powered hamster wheel that spins up frozen delights.
Returning fan favorites include Falconry Girl and her majestic birds of prey; juggler and sword-swallower David Darwin; belly dancer Linwe; and Celtic magicians Daniel GreenWolf & Bella — all performing across five stages throughout each day. Taylor’s Renaissance Country Dance returns with lively, interactive group dance instruction led by an experienced dance mistress and her minstrel. Whether a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, guests are invited to learn the history and joy of country dancing in a fun, accessible setting — no prior experience needed.
The steel-clad knights of Armored Combat Worldwide return for thrilling, unscripted steel-on-steel combat tournaments. At the Proving Grounds, guests can test their own mettle with archery, axe-throwing, and dagger-throwing, or challenge an opponent in “Fight the Knight!” Be sure to stop by Sean the Whipsy Rover for a free lesson in the art of whip cracking, join the fierce Viking shield wall of Dragon Wolf’s Clan, and visit Rabenwald Metalsmything for live blacksmithing demonstrations.
Daly Riders return to dazzle audiences with their equestrian stunt shows, while the enchanting mermaid grotto, petting zoo, and magical gem mining will keep younger guests delighted throughout the day. Families can also take part in immersive faire-wide games and scavenger hunts led by Magibleu Enterprises and Adventures from the Wizard’s Tower. Throughout the day, the Swashbuckling Mercenaries for Hire will be on hand to shame (or praise) thy friends and loved ones.
Guests are encouraged to attend in costume and enter the daily costume contest, with categories for Best Individual Adult, Best Individual Kid, and Best Group Costume. Prizes — and bragging rights worthy of a bard’s tale — await the winners.
Revolution Bees returns to the Faire, offering traditional and modern meads crafted by Pennsylvania beekeepers, and Crooked Eye Brewery returns as the Faire’s local pub partner. The Moravian Pottery & Tile Works Museum will offer tours and tilemaking demonstrations throughout the weekend.
This year, the Bucks County Renaissance Faire has partnered with local mini-bus provider Bux-Mont Transportation to expand shuttle capacity and shorten wait times, ensuring guests can make the most of their time on the fairegrounds. Complimentary shuttle service will run continuously between the free parking garage at Union St. & N. Broad St. in Doylestown and TileWorks.
The very limited parking at TileWorks will be strictly reserved for guests with handicapped plates or placards. All other guests should park at the free garage at Union St. & N. Broad St. and take the complimentary shuttle buses to the faire.
Advance Tickets are on sale now for $10-$20, with free entry for children 4 and under. Veterans, active-duty military, and seniors are eligible for discounted Special Admission tickets.
